Types of Bar Hire
Paying Bar
Guests pay for their own drinks for the duration of the event.
Both Cash and Card accepted, including American Express.
Summary: Budget friendly!
Token Bar
Pay for a pre-allocated number of drinks tokens for guests to spend at the bar. You have control of the tokens once agreed and paid for. Tokens can be specific to drinks categories.
Summary: Similar to hosts but gives you control over how many drinks each guest gets on you.
Hosts Bar
Pay for a tab behind the barm so all drinks ordered at the bar by your guests are free up until the tab total is met. Once met, the bar becomes a paying bar whereby guests pay for their own drinks.
Summary: A flexible way to manage your budget whilst also providing guests with option to enjoy a free drink on you. The best of both worlds!
Complementary Bar
Guests do not pay for any drinks, you settle the total at the end of the event.
Complementary drinks can cover the entire menu or selected drinks - you set the boundaries.
Summary: Who doesn't love free drinks? A showstopper and crowd pleaser, plus flexibility to manage your budget.
